I'm assuming you mean the open practice run by Master Valdemar (only
because I know you are a Windmaster and his is the only fighter practice
that I know of in Windmasters on Wed).  It is held at Valdemar's home in
Durham and starts at 7p.   I can't help with your second question, though.
