Check with a sailmaker. Spinnaker cloth is basically ripstop nylon, and
sailmakers get this in vast quantities. I am copying Baron Reynard of
Lochmere on this because he's a shipwright and may be able to get you
info on sailmakers in the Annapolis/Baltimore/DC area.
