Heavy Authorization Card

Greetings.  Finally, I've received my blue SCA membership card in the
mail.  I authorized April 5th at coronation, but because I didn't have
my blue card yet, I only received a temporary card which expires next
month.  Question is - Who do I need to talk to to get my regular
authorization card?  The only name that I can read on the temp card is
that of one of the marshals - Oswulf the Gray.  If anyone can help me, I
would greatly appreciate the help.  I plan to fight at Pennsic but I
can't do that without my card. Thanks.
