I checked the Atlantian submission files. In the folder labeled Henry Best,
there is a name submission (registered), and a device submission. The device
was Per fess indented ... a torch. I forget the tinctures; it is not 
particularly relevant. That device was returned for conflict. I don't know
of any other submissions from John Strauss. I would not be aware of any made
in other kingdoms; neither can I speak for their handling of these
(hypothetical) submissions. If the latest goat was submitted in Atlantia,
I have no record of it. That may simply mean lost paperwork.

Henry: if we need to discuss this any further, please send me email; I don't
think we need to bore the list with it.
