Well, yes and no.  Generally, I _do_ expect myself to know almost everyone
on a Kingdom-order polling.  I don't expect myself to know everything
about them, but when I am abstaining on more than 1/3 of the polling, I
think I'm being a little less active than I should.  (I abstain when I do
not know enough about the person's work to give a reasonable response)
