Flemish Fair
Oct 10-12

October 11th is a Festival Day in this 15th Century Flemish town. 
Wander through the town square pausing to take in a performance, get
some refreshment, buy some wares, watch an artisan practice their
craft, gamble at the Knave & Coin, or partake of other diverse
entertainment.  
The Fair opens at noon on October 11th withperformances beginning 
then and continuing throughout the day until dusk.  In order to 
discuss their wares, merchants and artisans will be asked to attend 
their booths at various times during the day. Stew, bread, cheese, 
and non-alcoholic drink will be provided at the Inn throughout the 
day.  
The Lochmere Baronial A&S Champion will be chosen based on their 
Persona's Outfit & Accessories, please contact Mistress Isobel 
Gildingwater of Ditchingham (Laura Sams) at (410) 267-0294 if you 
have any questions.  
Set-up begins at 6pm on Friday, October 10th, and Take-Down will 
finish before noon on Sunday, October 12th.  
A customs fee of $8 paid to the water bailiff will allow admission to 
the town and include 6 silver coins, lunch, and dinner.  A $10 fee 
will allow overnight residence for Friday, Saturday, or both nights 
in addition to the coins, lunch, and dinner.  Cabin space is 
available on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please bring a pavilion 
if you wish to camp as modern tents and plastic tarps will not be 
allowed. 
Wandering Performers and Merchants are welcome, please contact the 
autocrat in advance if you need space for a pavilion on the town square.  
NO PETS allowed.  
The site is Elks Camp Barrett located at 1001 Chesterfield Road in
Annapolis, Maryland.  Please make checks payable to Barony of

Directions: From the South and West: Take your best route to the
Washington Beltway going around the East side of DC.  Take the exit
for Route 50 East going towards Annapolis.  Follow directions From
Route 50 below.

>From the North: Take your best route to the Baltimore Beltway going
South of Baltimore.  Take the exit for Route 97 South going towards
Annapolis.  Follow Rte. 97 South to Route 3/Route 301 South.  Take
the exit for Route 50 East going towards Annapolis.  Follow
directions From Route 50 below.

>From the East: Take your best route to Route 50 West heading towards
Annapolis.  Follow directions From Route 50 below.

>From Route 50: take Exit #16, Route 424 Davidsonville Road North. 
Turn right onto Rossback Road, the first right after getting onto
Davidsonville Road.  After 1.2 miles Rossback Road ends in a Y
intersection.  (Watch carefully it's easy to miss.)  Turn left onto
Rutland Road.  After 2.6 miles turn left at the stop sign onto Route
450 General's Hwy.  Take the very next right onto St. Stephens
Church Road.  After 1.1 miles turn right onto Chesterfield Road.  In
.75 miles Elks Camp Barrett is on the right hand side at the
intersection of Chesterfield Road and Hawkins Road.
