Seamstress advice needed

Greetings M'lord and M'ladys,

I am in search of a seamstress who has time to help me select the material
for a religious costume.  I live in Northern Virginia.  I am also searching
for Celtic trim.  Might there be any fair maidens or Lords who could assist.
