Someone asked about the address for the SCA Equestian Guild list. It's

sca-equine@april.dnaco.net

It's a fairly active list and a good place to get info on the changing
rules and regulations as well as upcoming events. There are Kingdom guilds
in The East, the Middle and Mariedes, so it's possible to get to an
equestrian event witha bit of travel, and rental or borrow horses are
frequently available if you can't take your own or don't have a horse but
want to ride. (Equestrian is a war point at Gulf Wars, I think?)
