Delinquent quarterly reports

As of today's date (November 3rd), I have not received a 3rd quarter report
from the following groups:

Aire Faulcon, Caer Gelin, Cathanar, Crannog Mor, Cwmnewydd, Drachentor,
Guardians of the Sacred Stone, Hidden Mountain, Kappellenberg, Lochmere,
Marinus, Misty Marsh by the Sea, Raven's Cove, Rencester, Sacred Stone,
Saxon Moor, Seareach and Tear Sea's Shore.

In addition, the following groups also failed to file a 2nd quarter report,
which failure to file 2 consecutive quarterly reports places them in
immediate danger of suspension:

Caer Gelin, Drachentor, Rencester and Tear Sea's Shore...

Please remember, failure to file 2 consecutive reports constitutes a
resignation of warrant!  This includes at-large and deputy group heralds.
