I might be wrong, but I think that XVI was the Pennsic where the BOD met 
publicly for the first time... in the barn.  I have the t-shirt 
somewhere... "I'm here to complain about the changes to:  The 
Marshallate... The Chirurgeonate..." etc (with check boxes to select 
your beef).  I also believe that Pennsic XVI was the one where the bees 
won the Woods Battle...
