Dear Merry Rose Folk, 

The requests for my fitness booklet has been a triffle overwhelming.  I am
sheepish and honored, but it is taking a while to work through the list. 
If you have not got one yet, it does not mean that I am ignoring you.  

In the meantime, I have sent a copy to the University library for those who
have the electronic ability to gain access to that library.
