If you wade through the event anouncement that Gaston posted, it 
eventually  says that the dates 6pm on friday Feb 13 to Noon on 
Sunday Feb. 15, 1998.

IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS WILL ALSO BE THE BARONIAL 
INVESTITURE FOR WINDMASTERS' HILL.  If someone knows otherwise, 
please let me know.
