Lord Geoffrey Thomas du Chateaux Versoix, an old-time Caer Meari who
recently became active after a long hiatus, was the fortunate gentleman who
won the cassone.

To him and all the other generous souls who purchased raffle tickets, my
deepest thanks.

All of you who have subscriptions to The Acorn should be receiving Issue
#11 of The Oak within the next few days. I would be delighted to hear any
suggestions you have for future issues.

As always, I am seeking articles and art for those future issues. I will
be posting Writer's Guidelines in short order. Please do me the honor of
sharing the guidelines with friends who are unable to visit the Merry Rose.
