A nice idea, but an Insurance Nightmare.

However, if we're going to put actual peoplepower into the problem,
then perhaps there should be Wagon Marshals -- folks who help unload
the vehicles and then make sure they GET MOVED TO PROPER PARKING
AFTERWARD.

Just one idea. Any others out there?
