Oldest authorized rapier?

Good gentles all,

In my canton of Aire Faucon, we have recently had a gentle of some 70
years authorize rapier. We believe that he is probably the oldest new
fighter in at least Atlantia, if not the Known World. Can anyone tell me
the oldest newly authorized fighter of which they are aware?
