If anyone has info on the howto's and wherefore's I might need to establish a
college here in Greenwood SC, please send it to me!   I am completely lost
other than I know I need to establish a base of 8-10 people.
Also, I need information on what I need to do to submit my name and
device/badge, and who in my area I need to talk to (Greenwood SC, who is the
closest?)
