Francois Avril's _Manuscript Painting at the Court of France_ has two or
three nice examples and should be cheap and easily available.

Hello.

I am trying to locate some very nice, preferably largish (i.e. not a detail in
black-and-white in a textbook), preferably in color facsimile pages of
medieval music manuscripts. Can anyone please point me in the right direction
to find some? Thanks so much.
