Yes There is a Pennsic Pity Party as I don't know where you are from I'll
tell you about the one in Cathanar (Coastal North Carolina) It will be this
weekend we are doing a very informal camping thing with some pick up 
Fighting ( both Heavy & Real ie Rapier ) We are hoping some Archers Come
down and we'll do a combat archer thing I have put togther some inprompto
"boffer Crossbows" that I want to try so if this interests anyone PLEASE
COME!!!!! it will be off US 70 East  heading out of New Bern NC  At
Fisher's Landing National Rec Area, we do not have any feast plans but
there are grills there along with a get camp site  that is FREE(yes there
are going to be SCA signs at the Hwy in front of the camp grounds
