Corun spoke of the two Laurels elevated at Pennsic <snipped>
	Your Excellency,
	You seemed to have forgotten Atlantia's newest member of the Chivalry,
Sir Robert de Rath.  Sir Robert was elevated on the battlefield on
Tuesday morning before the first field battle.  He received the belt,
spurs, and chain of Earl Syr Black Kane O'Shannon.   It was a wonderfully
touching ceremony.
