Twelfth Night bid clarification

Greetings from Master Terafan,
It has come to my attention that many groups are not submitting
Twelfth Night bids because they have the impression that I am submitting a
"Peers Bid" and it is not worth their effort to submit a bid.
While I have explored the possibility and the options, schedule
conflicts and site challenges have not made this realistic.
I AM NOT SUBMITTING A TWELFTH NIGHT BID.
ALL GROUPS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT BIDS TO TRH ANTON AND LUNED.
I would encourage all groups to submit bids, in spite of the "rumor mill".
Even though Terafan, or someone else, may be putting a bid together, that
may not be the "best" bid for that particular event. Don't, ever, let the
rumor mill stop you from doing something you intended to do.
