Probably not. Nobody starts out with a complete kit-you either
find some way to make it, you purchase it, or, if you are
especially fortunate, you have a kind lady who'll make it for
you. Anyhow, if something's outright mundane, the best thing to
do is put a length of cloth on it. That's what my lady and I do
with our cooler, for example.

A name can wait, to be honest. Look at the cultures you find
interesting, and look at the most common names, and then talk to
a herald. If you're in the DC area, there's a slew of good
heralds to talk to.
