Greetings all -

I have a question which has been answered before, but has slipped my
mind. On a number of Atlantian helms, I have seen a blue seahorse either
painted on, or applied as a sticker - is this an award of some sort, or
is this merely a symbol saying 'I am an Atlantian, and proud of it!' If
it is the latter, I would appreciate it if someone would direct me to a
site where I may get the exact symbol - I am repainting my helm, and
would like to add this, as long as it isn't an award which I do not
have.
