Greetings to the Populace of Atlantia, especially the local Ministers of
Arts and Sciences.

I have received many reports thus far, but I would like to put out a
reminder that all Fourth Quarter MoAS reports are due into me by January
15th.  Also I would like to let you know that I am planning on making
some slight changes to the orgqanization of this office that may just
involve you.  Please come to Unevent if you can.
