FYI, A Public Service Announcement: :)

Just received a call from the Comfort Inn, with the following reminder:
The block of rooms reserved for the SCA will be released Monday, Janurary
31, 1999.  They've had a few reservations made, but there are still several
rooms left.  They wanted to know if we still wanted to hold them until
Monday, because a couple of other groups are interested in getting them.
They will continue holding them.  Remember:  UNIVERSITY IS BEING HELD ON A
RACE WEEKEND!  This means that if you will need a room, you most probably
will not be able to find a room that weekend within 50 to 100 miles of the
site if you don't get one now.
