Rumors and heraldry forms

I've been advised that some group heralds are not taking submissions
because they don't have the new forms...  This is unacceptable.

All warranted heralds were mailed a set of the new forms in the November
issue of Herald's Point.  If you are a warranted herald and did not receive
these, I will have probably 30 sets with me at Unevent for distribution. 
In addition, we are planning on putting another set in the March issue of
Herald's Point to assure all groups have these forms (in case you threw
away the November ones).

If you will not be at Unevent and cannot get someone to pick up a set for
you, please contact me immediately and I will mail a set out to you.
