NC fighter practices

Greetings good gentles,

I am a new fighter(armored) interested in learning (read - glutton for
punishment) from the wide and varied ranks of Atlantia's fighters. 
Would those within the NC area please send me information regarding
your fighter practice times and dates, as well as the numbers and
experience of your regular fighters.
