Order of the Silver Needle?

Vard greets the Merry Rose!

While compiling my first attempt at the Baronial OP and Award Roll for Dun
Carraig, I discovered that one of our citizens is a member of the Order of the
Silver Needle.

I have confirmed via the online O&A that this exists [O&A citation: "Silver
Needle, Order of the.  This order name was registered to Atlantia, Kingdom of
in March of 1982 (via Atlantia).]  But I find no reference to it in the Red
Tape, Appendix A (Atlantian Orders and Awards).

Can anyone shed some light on the subject for me please?
