Web ministers are bad enough (both the name and the concept of warranting them).  But "page-wrights" ***IS*** terminally cutesy/fannish/fantasy and generally right up there with saying we drive around in "dragons". . .

Several days ago, a thread started on the Middlebridge (the Midrealm's list)
related to the title of "Web Minister"  They were looking for a title with a
more "Medieval" feel to it that could be used on scrolls and in court.

After many many postings, Their Majesties Dag and Elayna reached a decision
regarding the name They would use for such purposes during the remainder of
Their reign.  I've included it below for general educational purposes, and to
ask whether a similar title is desired/required here in Fair Atlantia.

Greetings to all who walk the bridge from Their Royal Majesties Dag & Elayna

Lord Midair posed this question to the bridge on Our behalf because We were
struggling with a way to recognize this valuable service without having to put
'web minister' on a scroll, or read it in Our Court. We thank all of you for
your thoughtful responses to this query.

However We believe We have found decided upon an appopriate pseudonym. We feel
this has a sufficiently period feel, is accurate in its definition, and
adequately avoids cutesy/fannish/fantasy references. Henceforth in Our reign
such servants of the kingdom shall be known as "Page-wrights" i.e.:  'For
valuable service as Page-wright to Our Barony of ...'
