Don't forget our current Kingdom Web Minister, Lord Kevin of Thornbury, arguably the 
biggest guy of all! He's done a HUGE amount of work with the kingdom's web pages 
(ahem, take a look at http://atlantia.sca.org if you haven't done so recently). 

My personal opinion: I don't see why we need to change the title of Web Minister, myself. I 
don't think it sounds *that* bad. But for an alternative, I think "webster" is the best 
suggestion so far.
