Advance Call for Rapier instructors, marshalls, and MoL's

Let it be known to one and all that the Shire of Cathanar, the Shire of
Seareach, and the incipient Stronghold of Raven's Cove have combined to
submit a bid for Knowne World Academie of the Rapier on Nov. 12-14, C.E.
1999.  The site is tentatively the University of North Carolina -
Wilmington campus.  Our bid is being seriously considered by the Powers
That Be.

In order to assist us in our planning (and bidding), we ask that those who
are interested in teaching, marshalling, and ministering the lists please
contact the autocrat, Lord Christopher Storme of Kintail, at the addresses
given below.

We do not know yet whether our bid will be selected; however, if there is
sufficient interest and KWAR is far enough away not to conflict there is a
strong probability that we will hold a Rapier event anyway.
