Ponte Alto Cooks' March meeting
Poster: "R. Trigg" <rtrigg@hoflink.com>
To all gentles:
I would like to announce the next meeting of the Ponte Alto Cooks' Guild on
March 21st at 6 p.m. at the new home of Kevin of Thornbury. We will be
discussing egg and fish dishes and Lenten feast dishes. We will be making
Rapeye - in this case, a kind of fish dumpling.
Directions to Kevin's (this is a *different* address than last time):
>From the east, take your best route to I-66. Take I-66 West to exit 53B (VA
28) North.
>From the west, take your best route to I-66. Take I-66 East to exit 53 (VA
28) North.
Take VA 28 to Frying Pan Road (this should be the fourth light) and turn
right. Make a left onto Centreville Road, which will turn into Elden St.
Turn left at a light onto Monroe St. (Rt. 228). You will know you are
approaching the correct intersection when you see a bike path crossing the
road. There is an Anita's on the right at the intersection. There will also
be an old stone church on the right.
Bear onto Park Ave., then onto Dranesville Road - you will still be
following Rt. 228. Just after Herndon Pkwy., turn right at the light onto
Old Hunt Way. Go to the end of the street. The house is on the left.
The address is 658 Old Hunt Way. If you get lost or need clarification of
these directions, the Maxsons' phone number is (703) 810-8438.
As always, if anyone has any questions, I can be reached through rtrigg@
hoflink.com or by phone at (703) 941-6162 (NLT 11 p.m.). If the automatic
butler answers the phone, please leave a message and I will get back to you
as soon as I can.
In service to the Barony,
Nostas'ia Stepanova
Barony of Ponte Alto
(mka Rachel Trigg)
