[CM] Fighter Practice in Caer Mear

The normally scheduled March 9th Tuesday night fighter practice at Ft Lee
has been cancelled due to site restrictions.  

Caer Mear Fighter practice will resume March 16th from 7pm-9:30pm at the
regular Ft Lee location.  

Please help spread this message to those you know without email planning to
attend.
