 To create CAMBOK take a field of unspecified size add random players
 on random sides at random times.  Combine soccer, foot ball, rugby,
 and field hockey; remove 99&44/100ths of the rules Add vast 
 quantities of enthusiasm and a touch of mania !

 Thus you have CAMBOK !
