You are correct, in form.  However, this was a special case where the Crown
suggested a form and most all the recipients really liked the proposed
design.

It has not been registered to the Kingdom of Atlantia, nor will it be, as
it was a one-shot thing.  The question at hand has been from persons who
wished to display (not necessarily register, which they do not have to do)
this augmentation and how they could do so.  So, that is what I am
attempting to address.
