Many, many names, of all varieties! SCA sites:

Academy of St. Gabriel:
http://www.itd.umich.edu/~ximenez/s.gabriel/docs/

Arval Benecouer's lists:
http://www.panix.com/~mittle/names/

Laurel Queen of Arms:
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/laurel/education.html

DO NOT use the "Onomastikon" at fairacre.demon.co.uk -- it is
useless for SCA purposes. While many of her names are from standard
SCA sources, many more are not, and nothing is dated.

There are more sites out there, certainly. If you go netcrawling
looking for SCA name resources, look for sites that date names, and
ones that indicate the original sources.
