To Seneschals and Heralds - Heraldic Announcement

Greetings from Triton!

The BoD has decided to make the following change to Corpora:

_New Version_:
"At least 3 officers, including a Seneschal, an Exchequer and one of: 
 a Herald, a Marshal, or a Minister of Arts and Sciences.  Local brances
 are encouraged to fill all the latter positions."

This ONLY affects Cantons, Colleges and Shires.  

Baronies, Principalities and Kingdoms are still required to have a heraldic
officer.  

I would still highly recommend local groups consider having a heraldic
officer, especially at the Shire level, since they sometimes tend to be
isolated in location.  

Seneschales:  If your local herald decides to step down pursuant to this
ruling, please notify me so that I can drop them from my roster and save
the postage from heraldic mailings.
