I don't see a problem here.  It's SCA related therefore it is fair
to submit it to any SCA email list that you have the address for
AND that it pertains to.

With the poster hitting every list the email may meet the definitions
for spam but in this case it is not spam.

I have no interest in the item but them I can delete or filter out
any email I have no interest in.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled discussions.
