Personally, I don't know how I started receiving the
information (I have a clue), but since I used
to live in the area and know the autocrat, I find it useful. I
also use the incoming to forward to people
who otherwise wouldn't even know the event was happening. It's
enough advance warning that
some of our people may make the 16 hour trip (from Indianapolis
to Wilmington). I don't consider
it spam, I consider it "being well informed".
