Another option seems to be a forwarding service. I am using Bigfoot.com.
It is "virtually" invisible, you should pardon the expression. On the other
hand, my problem was truly solved by our Esteemed listkeeper, whose
assistance made it possible to belly up to the bar, with the rest of the
patrons. A round of applause for the Noble Lord Kendrick. Barkeep, a round
for the house, and one for the staff. Put it on Magdalena's tab and I will
