Let me be the first to flame you on this one.  There are restrictions
at Pennsic about loud, late parties that are posted repeatedly as one
of the rules of the site, not to mention the fact that loud, late
parties beyond some locally accepted norm, are against the law almost
everywhere.  The fact that someone actually has the unmitigated gall to
try to enforce these regulations does not make THEM the problem.  

Also, I recommend that you read the seneschall's letter about this
Pennisc, where it seems that some formal effort to enforce such rules
will be in place.  This letter can be found at www.pennsicwar.com and
in your Pennsic handbook.
