The very nature of Kill files and comments

Keep in mind, it is the nature of a bulliten board that people will be 
coming in in the middle. If you are having a long running thread on a 
public bulliten board, you should assume that many people will be skimming 
the postings, just coming on line in the middle, etc.

	My point is that maybe the bulliten board is not an appropriate 
place for a long standing debate that requires one to follow from beginning 
to end. A public debate is open to public commentary. If you do not wish 
for public commentary, send the debates by personal mail, not a posting.
