Confusion about list's address

I'm not sure why, but some people seem to want to always
send postings to the address owner-atlantia-l@netcom.com.
This address will not redistribute your letter to the rest
of the group.  This address is only an administrative address
that goes to me.  Make very sure, if you just reply to a message
that it goes to atlantia-l@netcom.com.  Otherwise, no one
will hear what you have to say.  Thank you.
