Where is everybody?

I haven't any seen any messages fly by here in a couple of days.  Where 
is everyone?

Can someone say something definite about these rumours and hearsay about 
the King of Atlantia and authorizations that are propagating on Usenet?  
Everyone who has had something to say about them (with the excpetion of 
Corun) has only heard this second-hand, which makes the whole thing 
rather questionable.
