weather update for 12th night

Hi,
  it is still cold up here. there was the basic Blacksburg snow last night,
Around here, it sometimes snows for a whole day without any accumulation.
the theory is that the snow only really falls once, but gets blown back up
into the air and is recycled for the rest of the day. If the crisp, cold
weather holds out, we will have a beautiful day, but be prepared. snow and
slush can show up quickly. give yourself extra time for travel, and take it
easy.
