Dear Friends,
     As many of you BOD and Rialto watchers are aware, the BOD rescinded the
NMS at the 20 January 1996 meeting with the proviso that kingdoms could
continue levying the tax until 20 March 1996 (the 60-day G&PD rule for
policy execution). Their Royal Majesties Cuan and Brigit have commanded that
the NMS be rescinded immediately in Atlantia. 
     There are nine events in Atlantia in February. Please pass this
information to the autocrats. Thanks for your help.
