Euwww, English Again! :-)

:-) Humor Alert, Humor Alert; Meli's not terribly fond of the Sassnachs, but
Sharon certainly doesn't dislike them .... :-) :-)

Alfredo, dear man, you knew you were opening this particular pot, didn't you!

Alas, would that the presence of castles in Wales had NOT come at the hands of
the cruelest creature ever to stomp upon the Earth--I name, of course, Edward
Longshanks, and hope my departed forebears won't come back to wash out my
mouth for cussing! :-)

Had they come through the offices of Llewelyn or Dafydd ap Gruffydd, we would
have no travail. But alas, that was not the case.

Many things English have crept across the border since that time. Some of
them we have managed to smack back; others got in when we weren't looking.
Some of it has been good, believe it or not! :-)

But we have welcomed vowels from elsewhere, and shall always continue to do
so!

Have a leek pie, Alfredo, and sit here with us Cymri. We sing beautifully,
tell wonderful stories, drink copiously, and know how to have a good time! :-)

(And that would be different from the rest of the folks in here, in what
way???? <g>)

Blessings,
Meli
