As others have mentioned, there's a new address, and it is:

Dani Zweig and Monica Cellio
7634 Westmoreland Ave.
Pittsburgh, PA 15218

There are now 2 tapes and 20-odd back-issues of the Letter of Dance
available. Back-issues are $1 each, back-tapes are $8 each (but can be
freely copied), subscriptions are $12 for 8 issues and 1 tape. You
need to make out checks in one of their names, they don't have a fancy
bank account.

I have personally written a set of dance cheat-sheets, if anyone's
interested. And the people who published Chronique were going to be
publishing a book and CD of dance stuff last December but I don't see
any sign of this on their web page. Btw, all these music/dance
resources (and much more) are mentioned on the SCA music & dance
homepage.
