Yes.

Personal Onomastics 101 (aka Choosing a Name) will be offered if memory  
serves. Persona Development may be given - I don't recall. As far as I'm 
concerned, both are well worth a newcomer's time. In theory anyway -- in 
practice, you can't know unless you go.
