   Was it "The Callahan Touch"?  It's been a while since I read it, so I
don't really remember.  Anyway, the theme of the story is that one of 
Mike's regulars opens his own bar to carry on the tradition.  Takes more
than a nuke to shut down Callahan's!  :-)
