net outage

	This will get it after the problem is fixed. But MCNC the
place that connects many of the Universities in Central North Carolina
had a power outage and they backup system DID NOT kick in. So there will
be  a lag in this email as well as ther others sent Monday afternoon 
after 4:00pm aorry about that.
